Robert (Rob) Klapper is President, School Solutions at FullBloom, the nation’s leading child development services platform. FullBloom helps improve outcomes for at-risk and struggling youth, including those with learning and emotional disabilities, through academic interventions and student resiliency programs, serving more than 150,000 students.

Prior to FullBloom, Klapper was CEO of Zollege, a vocational training firm educating underserved communities by offering high-value dental and medical assistant programs, and CEO at Empowered Education (EE), an organization dedicated to improving lives by changing the approach to healthcare through a focus on wellness and sustainable habit change.He was also CEO of Ashworth College, an online college, career school and high school educating 75,000 underserved students that he and his team transformedby focusing on students and their outcomes, launching several new schools and building a scalable platform. These efforts spurred Ashworth’s significant growth and ultimate sale to Bain Capital’s Social Impact Fund.

Previously, Klapper and his teams grew insurance.com and One Day University, and held leadership roles at Charles Schwab, Colgate-Palmolive and 21^st Century.

Klapper serves as a Trustee for 博彩平台大全 University and served as a board member and advisor to early-stage company CEOs in the education and financial services industries, including being the founding board member of SkillTrade and an inaugural Global Advisory Council member of Nobel Peace Prize nominee Junior Achievement.

He earned his MBA with a concentration in marketing from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa.

On the personal side, Klapper finds joy with his family, in nature, and on the occasional century bike ride.
